Information Seby Games receives

The current site does not require a player account, profile name, or password. When you visit, the hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser, device, and error details. If you email the team, Seby Games receives the address and information you choose to include.

Hosting, games, and content delivery

Vercel hosts the website. GameMonetize and GamePix deliver many HTML5 games through third-party frames. GitHub, jsDelivr, and related archive endpoints can deliver retro files and artwork. Opening a game causes your browser to contact the relevant provider, which can receive normal connection data and may use storage needed for delivery, settings, progress, security, or advertising under its own policy.

Google advertising and identifiers

Seby Games' own Google AdSense placements are currently disabled while the catalog and editorial pages are reviewed. The site retains an AdSense account meta tag and an ads.txt seller record for ownership verification; those text records do not request or display an advertisement. If Google advertising is enabled later, this policy will be updated and Google and its partners may process cookies or similar identifiers according to consent, region, browser signals, and account settings. Third-party game players may contain their own advertising, including Google-served ads. Seby Games does not control those placements. Provider players remain unloaded until marketing consent is available; withdrawing that consent closes the player and can discard unsaved progress.

Consent and cookies

Cookiebot provides the consent banner and records consent choices where applicable. It is configured to help block non-essential scripts until the relevant choice is available. You can review your choices below. Browser settings can also block or delete storage, although doing so can affect game loading, saved preferences, audio, or advertising.

Advertising consent framework

Seby Games participates in the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework and complies with its Specifications and Policies. We use Cookiebot, consent management platform number 134, to present advertising purposes and partners and communicate your choices to participating vendors. The banner's Ad Settings let you review those choices. You can change or withdraw consent using Cookie settings or the Privacy Trigger. This does not enable Seby Games' own AdSense placements, which remain disabled during review.

Purpose and sharing

Request data is used to deliver pages and games, maintain security, diagnose failures, respect consent, prevent abuse, and respond to messages. Seby Games does not sell a player account database. Data can be processed by the service providers named above, disclosed when legally required, or used to investigate abuse and protect the site and its visitors.

Retention and security

Support and copyright messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, document the action, resolve a dispute, or meet legal obligations. Hosting, consent, advertising, and game providers set their own operational retention periods. Seby Games uses HTTPS, security headers, validated provider origins, and limited direct data collection, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children and audience choices

Seby Games is a general-audience service and is not designed to collect personal information from children. No account is required. Parents and guardians should supervise younger users and use device, browser, and consent controls appropriate to their household. Seby Games does not use known information about a child to create a personalized advertising audience.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to personal information handled by Seby Games. Because the site does not maintain player accounts, requests will usually relate to an email you sent. Contact support@sebygames.comand describe the request. For provider-held data, you may also need to contact the relevant provider directly.
