Third-party games and services

Many HTML5 games are hosted and delivered by external distributors. Those providers control their game code, assets, advertisements, availability, and service behavior. Seby Games validates configured provider URLs and can remove a listing, but it cannot guarantee that a third-party title will remain available or unchanged.

Retro compatibility

Flash games run through Ruffle rather than the discontinued Adobe Flash Player. Compatibility labels reflect observed tests of a particular archive and Ruffle version. Audio, external services, multiplayer, save systems, or ActionScript features may behave differently from the original release. A partial label should be read as a known limitation, not a guarantee of complete gameplay.

Ownership and accuracy

Seby Games does not claim ownership of third-party games, characters, trademarks, or promotional artwork. Metadata can contain provider or archive errors despite review. Publishers and rights holders may request a correction or removal through the Copyright page.

Responsible use

Visitors are responsible for following applicable law and the rules of their school, employer, parent, network, or device owner. Seby Games does not promise that a game is permitted on every network and does not offer instructions for bypassing access controls. Do not install executables, toolbars, unofficial Flash plug-ins, or extensions in response to an embedded game prompt.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seby Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from provider outages, unavailable archives, external links, browser incompatibility, or third-party content. Nothing on this page excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
