Copyright and DMCA Requests

Last updated: September 9, 2026

Seby Games respects intellectual property rights. The site organizes browser-playable games from third-party providers and preserved retro archives, but does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, game content, or publisher artwork.

Legacy archive and ownership records

Our archive includes legacy web games preserved from earlier periods of online gaming. Complete historical licensing or ownership documentation is not available for every entry. Seby Games does not claim ownership of the underlying games, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Preservation and attribution do not themselves grant permission to redistribute or monetize a work.

Developers, publishers, artists, and authorized representatives may contact us about attribution, ownership information, licensing arrangements, or removal. We will promptly investigate substantiated requests and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the affected game, artwork, or other content.

How to submit a report

Send copyright or DMCA requests to support@sebygames.com. Include the exact Seby Games URL, the copyrighted work being claimed, proof that you are the rights holder or authorized representative, and the action you are requesting.

Helpful details

A complete notice should include your name, organization if applicable, contact email, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, and a physical or electronic signature. Clear reports can be reviewed faster.

Counter-notices

If material was removed following a mistake or misidentification, send the removed URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury explaining the mistake, consent to the appropriate court jurisdiction where legally required, and your physical or electronic signature. Seby Games may forward a notice or counter-notice to the affected provider or claimant.

Possible actions

Seby Games may correct attribution, update metadata, replace artwork, disable a game page, remove a title from listings, or contact the relevant provider when a verified issue involves a third-party feed or embed.

Publisher corrections

Publishers can also request corrections to titles, descriptions, controls, categories, thumbnails, or embedded game URLs. Please include the preferred replacement details and the source of the correction.
